Refund policy

We have a no return/refund policy, which means the product can neither be canceled nor refunded once ordered. This is because we offer customization and all our products are made to order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
At T&T Studio, we don't offer exchanges.

Refunds
Refunds are not issued once the product is in Production, however before the product moves to production and a customer requests a cancellation, the order will be canceled however a certain percentage would be a cancellation charge. The amount will depend upon the product ordered.
